Hello, this is Daniel, the owner of manybidets.com. We often get people questioning the difference between the white and the black remote for the Bio Bidet BB- 2000 bliss. So, we thought we’d take a quick moment and talk about the differences.

The differences are purely cosmetic. So, both of these remotes offer the exact same feature set. You’ll notice that the screen on the white remote shows icons, and that is simply due to the sticker on the screen so that you can kind of get a feel for what the icons look like. That being said, both of the remotes offer the same exact feature set and have the same internals. It’s purely the outside of the remotes that are different. I tend to like the black remote a little bit better and there’s a couple of reasons. First of all, the buttons pop a little bit more in the black remote and second of all the black remote shows dirt less. That being said if you have pets in the house, the black remote might pick up the pet hair a little bit more than the white remote might, and the black remote might not fit with your bathroom decor. So, if you feel like the white remote will fit with your bathroom decor better, or you just like the way that it looks better the white remote is a fine option as well. Both of them, again, offer the same feature set.
