Good morning everyone this is Daniel with Many Bidets. We often get questions about the size of the hole in a bidet seat. Today we will be measuring the hole in a swash 1400 brondell elongated bidet seat to give you an idea exactly how large it is.
We will be going from one side of the seat to the other and also from front to back to give you the full picture. We will also be measuring the height of the bidet seat as well so that you know exactly what you’re looking at. We will also be measuring the outside of the bidet seat to give you an idea how quickly the bidet seat tapers off in the front, and taking a measurement from front to back so that you can see exactly how much space you have to sit on.
It’s also important to note that the area of the seat that you would sit on is about the same height as a traditional toilet seat. When you look at the height measurement of a swash 1400 on a website, it’s referencing the back of the bidet seat which is much taller because that’s where the mechanics are housed. The front area where you would actually sit is not much different in height from a traditional toilet seat. You can see that the back part of this seat is a bit taller but the seat does curved inwards so the actual seated height remains consistent across the whole seat.
