Brondell Swash 1400 How to Clean Bidet Nozzle Transcript:

How do I clean the nozzle on the Brondell Swash 1400? We sell a lot of Brondell Swash 1400’s, but one of the things that you need to keep in mind when purchasing is that there is some maintenance. Cleaning the nozzle is one of those maintenance steps that we’re gonna talk about. My name is Daniel Johnson and I’m your Bidet expert.

One of the first things that you want to note when cleaning the nozzles on the Swash 1400 is that there’s two nozzles. Cleaning is very straightforward. On the side of the seat, there’s a button literally called “Nozzle cleaning”. You’re going to press that button and the front wash nozzle is going to extend. You can then use a soft washcloth, or a toothbrush to clean the nozzle. Now, the important thing here is to remember not to use that toothbrush for anything else after. You’re going to go ahead and clean that nozzle and then you’re going to press the “Nozzle clean” button a second time. At that point, the front nozzle is going to go in and the rear cleaning nozzle is going to come out. You’re going to repeat the process. Now, when you’re cleaning these nozzles, you want to be gentle with them. The nozzles, while they are stainless steel, they are rather thin, so being gentle with them, make sure that you don’t damage the nozzles, or the mechanism that allows the nozzles to go in and out. Once you’re done cleaning the rear nozzle, press the “Nozzle cleansing” button again and both nozzles will retract, you’re ready to start using your unit again. Now, if cleaning Bidet Seat nozzle sounds like the best thing in the world, but you don’t have Bidet nozzles to clean, we sell the the Brondell Swash 1400 and a host of other Bidet Seats, all of which have nozzles that you can clean.
