Does your bidet toilet freeze? Not with TOTO Neorest Transcript:

In scenarios where you need to keep your toilet from freezing, Toto has a built-in anti-freezing functionality for the Toto Neorest.

To utilize it, we’re just going to go into the main menu. Scroll all the way down using the arrow keys to other settings, hit the center button and then go into anti-freezing. We can turn it on by hitting the right or left arrow buttons. Hit enter and we get a second prop saying “Are you sure you want to turn this feature on?”.

The anti-freezing functionality tells the Toto Neorest: to flush and run water through the seat every 10 minutes. The water runs through the seat and the toilet flushes every 10 minutes. Clearly this is not a great way to conserve water usage. This is one of the only menu options, where Toto requires us to do a double confirm that we want to turn it on. We use the arrow key to confirm again and then hit the center button to select it. Anti-freezing is now on and again, we had to say yes twice to turn that feature on.

I can hit the button and hit the middle button again to turn it off. You’ll notice to turn it off, I don’t need to double confirm. It just requires a double confirm to turn it on, because of the fact that we’re going to be using much more water, with the anti-freezing feature turned on.

Once we’ve selected on or off, depending on where we’re at. We can just hit the menu option to go back to the main screen, or the temp option to see our temperature settings.
