Does the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 night light only light up the outside of the seat?

The Bio Bidet BB-2000 night light is one of the only night lights that lights up the outside of the bowl, instead of the inside.  This nightlight lights up the control panel located on the left side of the seat when facing the toilet.  The night light is blue in color.
