first off I have to say working with Dan at Many bidets was a great experience ,he always updated me on the schedule and assured me it was on its way I have 2 bidets a BB2000 and the cascade 3000LR my Mom loves the cascade it easy to operate and read with the large buttons Ilove the BB 2000and have recommended it to friends and they have bought and are very pleased with it not much more i can say except anyone can install very easy just READ the instructions or go on youtube
