If you’re looking to purchase a high-end Bidet Seat, you might be asking yourself; “How can I feel confident that I’m getting the right seat for me?”. We offer risk-free trials on some of our top selling Bidet Seats, the Cascade 3000, the BB-2000 and the Swash 1400. Which means, you can try them out in your home and return them for a full refund if you’re not 100% satisfied with them. We thought to ourselves, “How about taking these three seats and calculating the average return rate on those risk-free trials!”. We’ll still be offering a 30-day risk-free trial on those, but if you’re looking for a longer period of time to test out a product, to make sure that you really are in love with it, the Cascade is now going to be offering a 60-day risk free trial, to give you that opportunity. Being the manufacturer of this seat, we automatically assume most people are probably going to love it. However, now that we’ve run the numbers, we see that there are some signs that back up that statement and we’re so sure you’re going to love it, that we want to give you a longer period to try it out.

Now, there are some important things to note about the risk free trial. First of all, for any of these seats, you are responsible for return shipping and that’s going to range anywhere from about $20 up to maybe $40, or $45, depending on where you’re located and what shipper you’re using. We’re going to cover all other costs. We’ll cover original shipping and offer you a full refund, with that risk-free trial. You’d just be responsible for that return shipping cost. The other thing to note is that the risk-free trial period for all three of these seats starts from the date of purchase, unless you specifically ask us to delay shipping, in which case we will not submit the order to the manufacturer until that shipping date. At which point, the risk-free trial will start.
