The C200 features a wireless remote rather than a side arm control panel that the C100 has. It has a tank water heating system versus an instant water heater, with 5 temperature settings both for the water and air. The tank heater causes the back of the seat to be much larger, if you wish to avoid the discomfort that comes with this look into other WASHLET+ units that have instant water heaters instead. The C200 does have two user presets, but unlike its fancier counterparts, it doesn't come with an LED nightlight, water sterilizations system, or automatic open/close lid. It's a great option to consider if you're working within a budget but don't want to forego too many conveniences.
