Inline water filters safeguard your bidet seat from hard water or issues with the main water supply. Select from two filtration types to suit your needs:

• Ion water filters prevent mineral buildup from clogging your bidet’s tubing and nozzles. They also soften the wash water to provide a better cleanse. Ion filters are the perfect solution if you’re on a well or have particularly hard water.
• Sediment water filters trap large particles before they enter your bidet’s water line. They protect your bidet in the event of a water main break. Sediment filters do not remove minerals or soften the wash water.

Bidet water filters connect to the T-valve on one side and the bidet’s water line on the other. They typically need to be replaced every six months. If you notice a change in your bidet’s water pressure prior to the six-month mark, it might mean your filter is full and needs to be changed more frequently.

Important notes: 

• Inline water filters are only compatible with bidet seats and will not work with integrated bidet toilets.
• Do not use a water filter if you have a TOTO bidet seat. TOTO doesn’t recommend using a water filter with any of their bidets, and using one will void the bidet’s warranty.
