  • Is this a one piece or a two piece Washlet?

    This is a full bidet toilet.  As such, it's not a washlet, but rather a toilet and bidet all in one.  If I was to call it one or two piece, it would be a one piece unit, because the whole thing is designed to work together seamlessly.

  • Our water has a lot of minerals in it. Is that a problem?

    If you are noticing build-up in any existing plumbing fixtures then it would likely cause build-up in the bidet over time as well. Since TOTO does not support inline filters, a whole house filtration system might be a viable solution for you.

  • Do you provide installation? And, how do I know if I have the required 12 in. rough-in?

    To measure rough-in, you can easily do that yourself if you have a non-skirted toilet. Just measure from the bolts or bolt caps on the floor at the base of the toilet (those are centered over the flange) back to the wall. If you have trim, measure above the trim. Most rough-ins are 12" but not all are standard. We do not provide installation, however you can find TOTO certified installers by zip code here: https://www.totousa.com/installers
