Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

This bidet seat comes with everything needed to install and operate the bidet seat on a normal toilet. If you have a skirted toilet and thus don't have access to the bottom side of the bolts that connect the toilet seat to the bowl, you may need additional hardware, which you can find below: Alt T connector: https://www.manybidets.com/product/bidet-t-valve-for-skirted-toilet/ Top Mounting kit: https://www.manybidets.com/product/swash-bidet-seat-top-mount-mounting-hardware/ If you have hard water, you may also consider pairing your seat with a carbon water filter, which can be found here: https://www.manybidets.com/product/water-filters/ If using the filters, you'll want to make sure to change them out every 6 to 9 months.

It holds a larger size person over 350 pounds and has a User 1 setting so I can adjust it for a disabled person in the house. Very pleased with bidet and the company

Easy to install and use (although I still need to install an outlet closer to the toilet). The warm seat, deodorizer, and custom controls are great. manybidets.com has been great too. The only negatives are that the free item didn’t arrive with the package, and the water pressure could be higher – although with the aerator, it works just fine.

Installed the A8 two weeks ago. It was a breeze for me to install. The only hitch was that the manual said to “slide” the seat into place. Upon conferring with Dan, he said to “snap” the seat into place. I did this with no problem. The plumbing was very easy to hook us as well. I ran an extension cord to the plug and used it that way until the electrician can out and installed a GFI outlet next to the toilet. We are very happy with our purchase, ease of operation, installation and communication with Dan as well as the price we paid.

It’s been a few weeks with the A8 and I love it, my favorite features are the night light, heated seat and endless warm water, overall a great purchase. Rest assured my next bidet purchase will be from Dan at Many Bidets.

Excellent product. Works great. Installation was a breeze. My only negative is that the seat part is a bit smaller than a regular elongated seat. I now understand that do to design issues, that all bidet seats will be like this.

I’ve owned a host of bidets over the years, and while I love the functionality it offered, I never really liked the look. Not only is this seat full of fantastic features, but I finally have a seat that looks great in the bathroom! Thank you for recommending the A8, Dan! Like most people in the USA, I had never used a bidet before this. Now that I have, I wonder how I ever lived without. I only have one word I can use to describe this product: Fantstic. It fits my toilet perfectly, and now I wonder how I ever lived without it. My wife does not like messing with a ton of buttons so she loves the simple side of the remote. I’m a gadget guy, so yes, even when it came to using the bidet, I LOVE all the bells and whistles. I’d give this seat 5 stars if for no other reason then the fact that the A8 fits two people that are so different both equally well. The features offered are also fantastic, and the service offered by Many Bidets was second to none. Thank you for recommending the Bio Bidet A8, and the great customer service along the way.
