The Blooming Bidet R1063 and the Dignity Solutions Cascade 3000 have a very similar design and both come in round and elongated seat sizes. These bidet seats are available in white only and both are compatible with most one and two-piece toilets, including many French curve toilets that aren’t compatible with most bidets.

In comparison, the wand and nozzles on the Blooming Bidet R1063 are constructed from aluminum.
While both the Dignity Solutions Cascade 3000 and the Blooming Bidet R1063 have nozzles that auto-rinse each time the bidet is used, only the Cascade 3000 offers nozzle sterilization. The 3000’s tubing and nozzles are coated in a silver nano-solution that kills any contaminants that may be lurking, thus maintaining the purity of the water used for washing and for cleansing the nozzles after each use.
The Dignity Solutions Cascade 3000 features a built-in deodorizer that chases away offensive odors before they can overtake your bathroom for an embarrassment free restroom experience. The Blooming Bidet R1063 doesn’t have a deodorizer.
When it comes to warranties, the Dignity Solutions Cascade 3000 comes with a generous 4 year full warranty. In comparison, the Blooming Bidet 1063 comes with a 3 year full warranty.
