Many Bidets, NOVA and Hygiene for Health: What’s the Connection?

 | Created July 28, 2025 | Updated July 28, 2025

It’s no secret that we love the Eco NOVA and its luxurious sibling, the Ultra NOVA. They’ve earned rave reviews from our customers and staff alike, and they both consistently deliver a high-quality bidet experience. But what’s the NOVA and Many Bidets connection? Is there more to the story? Keep reading and check out the video below for the inside scoop on NOVA and Many Bidets.

Does Many Bidets Own NOVA?

The short answer is no…at least not yet. But we are working toward owning NOVA and Hygiene for Health, its parent company.

To understand where we’re going, let’s take a quick look at where we’ve been. Hygiene for Health owner Keith Chamblin started the company in 1990, bringing the CleanSense, Olympia, Infinity, Galaxy and NOVA brands to market. When Daniel Johnson started Many Bidets in 2013, the Hygiene for Health products were some of the first bidets he sold.

Dan was so impressed by their quality that when he and his brother, Sam Johnson, decided to create a bidet for individuals with unmet accessibility needs, they reached out to Keith to help make their vision a reality. In 2018, the Cascade 3000 (now known as the Infinity Eaze z3) was brought to market as a private label under the Hygiene for Health umbrella.

Fast-forward to a year later, when we started selling Hygiene for Health’s newly launched Eco NOVA. We put it through its paces in rigorous testing, and our team used it day after day in their own homes. The result? The Eco NOVA was the highest-quality bidet we had ever sold, and our customers agreed. So we reached out to Keith to see if he would consider selling the NOVA brand.

The timing couldn’t have been better: Keith had an eye toward retirement and expressed interest in selling not just NOVA, but the entire Hygiene for Health family of brands. So while we don’t own NOVA, we are in the process of purchasing it and the rest of the Hygiene for Health lineup.

The Eco NOVA impressed us so much that we started the process to acquire the NOVA brand.

“We don’t own Hygiene for Health yet, but we’re in process, and we got this process started because of how great the Eco NOVA product is.”

– Dan Johnson, owner and founder of Many Bidets

What does that mean for NOVA, Hygiene for Health, Many Bidets and our customers?

What Will Day-to-Day Operations Look Like?

It’ll be a couple of years before we own Hygiene for Health. But with Keith looking to retire, we’ve taken over some aspects of the business to get the transition started. To help out with his retirement process, we’re now covering daily operations like:

  • Order fulfillment: We handle order processing and shipping for dealers and customers who order directly from Hygiene for Health.
  • Warranty repairs: Seats sent in for fixes under warranty are received, repaired and reshipped by our expert technicians.

One important note: While Many Bidets and Hygiene for Health are working together closely, both companies will continue to operate independently.

What’s the Future of Many Bidets and Hygiene for Health?

It’s safe to say that we have some big plans for Hygiene for Health! We’re passionate about finding new ways to meet our customers’ needs. Our 10+ years of providing support and troubleshooting for the top bidet brands in the world has given us unique insights into what people love – and don’t love – about their bidets. We continue to learn every day, and we want to use that knowledge to develop innovative products that make a difference in people’s health, hygiene and quality of life – just like we did with the Cascade 3000.

So if we’re a retailer and a manufacturer, does that mean Many Bidets will only recommend Hygiene for Health products?

“Well, we have to fight that urge,” says Dan. “That is an easy rut to fall into, but we do believe in being as impartial as possible and providing the best product for a particular individual.”

That’s why we want to continue to innovate and offer new products. But it’s also why we recommend bidets from TOTO, Brondell, Studio Lux and other quality brands. We recognize that one of “our” brands might not be the right fit, and our priority is helping our customers find the bidet that best suits their needs.

“We really do our best to focus on the customer need and delivering what’s best for that customer need – even if that means purchasing it locally instead of from us or purchasing a product that we don’t sell at all.”

– Dan Johnson

What About Hygiene for Health Customer Service?

There’s good news on the customer service front! If you have a question about or need help with a Hygiene for Health product, you’ll now benefit from Many Bidets’ top-notch customer service no matter where you purchased your bidet.

“Our goal is really to offer the best customer service any bidet manufacturer can offer, and if you go out to Better Business Bureau or you look at Google reviews and compare our reviews to any of our competitors’, you can see that we really stand out in that respect,” says Dan. “A lot of our competitors sell cheaper products, but as a result, they cut back on customer care in order to do that.”

When you contact Many Bidets, you’re quickly connected with someone in the United States who knows bidets inside and out. And now you’ll get that same stellar customer service experience when you reach out to Hygiene for Health.

If you’re struggling in the bathroom and haven’t found a fix, we’d love to hear from you. Since we deal with this every day, we might already have a solution for you that you haven’t run across.
