The size of the internal opening is 12"x8".

The Ultra Nova will heat the water as it makes its way through the unit, so you shouldn't run into any issues in winter when pipes are colder or when the ambient water temperature in the pipes is lower than normal.

I am comparing my Ultra Nova installed in my Grand Design Reflection Travel Trailer to my Toto SW3056#01 S550E Bidet installed at home. I have used the Ultra Nova for an eight trip, 760 miles from home. The Ultra Nova is great, easier to use, and with more room than the Toto. Both are the extended version. I would definitely purchase again.

This is our first bidet and we went with a top of the line model. It has been nothing short of exceptional. I was skeptical at first but am so glad we went with the Ultra. The water is always warm, the size is perfect and it’s nice having the user presets for my wife and I. If you can afford the upgrade to Ultra I would do it!
The service before, during and after we received our bidet has been excellent. We even got a hand written thank you card. Who does that in 2025? Highly recommend this company regardless of which bidet you buy.

Works great and it’s comfortable. The auto-flush feature is a bit annoying because it flushes right as you get off the toilet and I’d like to be able to close the lid first. I disabled autoflush but still like the plus because I can use the button on the remote to flush which is quite convenient.
I talked with a many bidets rep before purchasing and they answered all of my questions. I really like their customer friendly approach.
