The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

The Bio Bidet BB-2000 night light is one of the only night lights that lights up the outside of the bowl, instead of the inside. This nightlight lights up the control panel located on the left side of the seat when facing the toilet. The night light is blue in color.

Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

A dim night-light should be enough to make out the buttons and LCD screen.

I now have two Japanese style toilet seats, one recently from Many Bidets (the BB-2000) and the other from INAX. We found that INAX no longer is distributed in the USA and from Internet found Many Bidets and purchased a BioBidet from them. Great product and great service from Many Bidets. The bidet works excellent – many cleaning features and options – we should have bought one sooner. The auto drying fan works, but it takes a few minutes so a regular towel works better/quicker. This was not a critical item for us, but other than that the bidet is great.

This product does what is claims, however, the toilet seat hole is to small especially for men. Can’t fit/tuck your “junk” in while sitting down, which is very uncomfortable. If I knew in advance that the seat hole was this small, I would NOT have purchased.
If hole was larger this product would be 5 plus stars.

Functionally, the BB-2000 works great, but the seat is a bit smaller than I was expecting (smaller than my normal toilet seat). After talking to Many Bidets, I’ve learned that most bidet seats tend to be a bit on the smaller side. Per my conversation with Many Bidets, if I was to choose again, I’d choose the Bio Bidet dib, or the Novita, as they have larger, more comfortable seats.

Years ago, after a trip overseas, I bought myself a bio bidet 1000 for my home. I love it, but this year I decided to treat myself to a bio bidet 2000. I’m very happy with this new seat! It’s got tons of great functions, and the quality is unsurpassed. I’d highly recommend this seat to others that are looking for a high quality seat lots of different settings.
