The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

A dim night-light should be enough to make out the buttons and LCD screen.

We’re only into our 1st week of use but so far: installation was really easy (and watertight), needs just a few tools. All of the parts were included, unlike another highly touted brand with many reviews of wrong or incomplete parts and leaks after install.
Easy to use. And does the trick. I’m sure we will try out features and figure out which ones each of us prefers. The only trick was turning off the night light that we don’t want. Search online by model name for guidance.

We could not decide between 2 companies, but ultimately went with the BB-2000 because it has a turbo wash function (enema). It has many other bells and whistles and we use most of them, e.g., different kinds of wash, temperature adjustment for seat and wash. The turbo function is fantastic. I am now kicking myself that we did not make this purchase years ago. just my own usage will save many trees in a year! My wife was not as anxious as I was to get a bidet, but she swears by it now. We’ve been using the bidet for 2.5 months and it is a perfect product for us!

the product I have been using it for about 3 weeks and I am very pleased with it it functions perfectly yes the remote could be back lighted but face it how many really use the bathroom without a light. The features take a bit getting use too but once you get it it works .Might i add the enima feature is great as well . Still trying to get my wife to use it but she claims it burnt her behind but she really didn’t understand how it works.the toilet seat gets hot but you can tone it down that’s what happens when you dont read the instructions. Let me say this is a great investment you save on toilet paper , no more dry burn wipes and is great for people with hemorrhoids the dryer function works well too the warm water is pleasant…Listen Just buy it you wont be disappointed

This bidet seat is great. Great pressure, temperature control, and cleaning. Would give 5 stars if it did not slide forward and backward somewhat because I can’t seem to get it tighter.

This bidet is extremely simple to install. The instructions were easy to follow as well as the video from Many Bidets. It looks beautiful and adds to the bathrooms decor. The remote control is easy to follow once you learn its many different functions. Only draw back is that it does not light up at night and you’ll have to turn the light on to press the correct button. The basic functions work fine and it does provide a lot of pressure if you want it. The lady functions do not work as described. My wife is not extremely happy that it doesn’t adjust or reach all areas as it claims. The fan works great, but it gets hot and I’ve gotten burned a few times and it hurts. My solution has been not to use the fan. The basic functions work fine, but so would any other bidet.

Pros: Strong water pressure, multiple cleaning modes, heated water and seat. Easy to install – it took less than 30 minutes to install. Cons: 1. Doesn’t have user presets 2. The Auto button only washes for 30 seconds, so not always sufficient. The Auto button needs to be configurable to at least increase the wash time. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
