This bidet seat is great. I had a Toto bidet seat that failed in just over a year and therefore was not under warranty -NEVER BUY A TOTO BIDET SEAT!!
I also have a Bio Bidet seat in another bathroom that works well but this Brondell Swash 1400 Bidet is superior.

We are excited for our birthday and the great features and amenities it offers us. It leaves you pretty wet even after the dry so sometimes toilet paper is still needed but it does get you super clean which is the point!

Life changing. I’ve never been happier going number two. Between the heated seat, on demand warm water, and warm air blower, I’m pooping in the 21st century. Mandbidets.com made the process of owning one a breeze. They replied promptly to my inquiries, and and even cut me a deal. 10/10 would recommend a bidet and 15/10 would recommend manybidets.com

I like the overall fitment and features of our new bidet seat. But as discribed the pressure could be a bit stronger and I would have preferred a way to extend the pre set timers that are NOT adjustable to extend the amount of time for the wash cycle and the deoderizing fan shuts off in the middle of the wash cycle?
But I do recommend this seat and hope to get many years of use from it.

This is the 2nd Bidet we’ve had and it works excellent. The 1st one was also very good (different manufacturer and it lasted 7 years) but the Brondell Swash 1400 has upgraded the options and added a couple more functions.

Wow, this is a really impressive bidet. I upgraded from a cheap cold water, single knob type of bidet. I especially love the warm water. I specifically wanted an upgrade for warm water and drying feature and I’m really impressed. I highly recommend this bidet.

Your website was very comprehensive and I appreciated being able to deal directly with the owner.Your pricing was good and the service was fantastic.I also appreciated that you checked with me after I received the product to make sure the installation went well

This is my first bidet and I’m still not used to all the settings. That said, I feel this does a pretty good job of cleaning (like 90%). You still need some paper for the final clean… but much less. The dryer barely works and you need paper to complete the drying process.
I love the heated seat.
Install was straight forward… nothing difficult.

It’s been two weeks so far and the Brondell Swash 1400 has been exactly what I was looking for. Installation was actually a bit easier than a prior bidet that had far fewer features. Fortunately, I didn’t need any additional attachments or modifications for my toilet, but the packaging even points out when/where you might need to replace parts along the way as you install. Once installed, you’re good to go. The remote is intuitive and the settings give a nice range of options to set it to your preference. So far I haven’t run into a single problem. I’m very happy with my choice for this one…it’s one of the better bidets I’ve used for sure.

This is the fanciest bidet I’ve ever experienced. My husband calls it our spaceship toilet. I thought all the features might be overkill, and my husband definitely thought it was silly to spend so much on a bidet seat. After just a few days of using it, we’re both convinced this was definitely the right decision. The apex of luxury, in a toilet seat. The heated seat, interior toilet light, sanitize feature, it all adds up to a great user experience. The pressure of the water is slightly less than that of our previous analog bidet seat, but the heated water, multiple settings, and oscillation more than make up for it. I was skeptical about whether the seat would fit on my new Kohler Highline skirted toilet, but it fit with no issues.
The only con – if you’re a big person (we’re not big people) the inside of the toilet may be a bit small – the back part is very slanted and it makes you feel like you’re leaning forward quite a bit. It’s easy to get used to, and when using a squatty potty doesn’t pose any issue. The seat lid is also a bit flimsier than what I was used to.
Those are minor complaints. I love this bidet. So far so good!
