I was sent the wrong shape, what do I do? From time to time the warehouses we work with might ship and elongated, when they should have shipped round, or vice versa. It’s very rare but it does happen. However, to date we’ve never had a scenario where a box that says round on it, had an elongated seat in it, or a box that says elongated on it, had a round seat in it. If you’re dealing with a round toilet, you install the bidet seat and it overlaps in the front, start by checking the box. Does the box say elongated, or round? If the box is elongated, you’ve got an elongated seat and that’s the issue that you’re running into. If the box says round, you’re probably looking at a round toilet that is pretty old and is much more round than a standard round toilet, that’s manufactured today. In this scenario, there might be a few other Bidet seats that might be a little bit shorter, to give you an additional space, but you might simply need to replace the toilet, or deal with a little bit of overlap in the front. If you’re unsure about whether, or not you got a round, or elongated, check the box to discover which.
