Instead of the tank meeting the bowl at a 90-degree angle, tanks on French curve toilets feature a concave curve that mirrors the rounded shape of the toilet seat. While there’s some truth to that when it comes to TOTO’s WASHLET+ series, that’s as far as it goes. Yet because many of the French curve toilets on the market today are made by Kohler, many customers assume that a Kohler bidet seat will be compatible. In reality, many Kohler French curve toilets will not work with any Kohler bidet seats. Though it might seem counterintuitive, another brand of seat may work better.
