The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

The Bio Bidet BB-2000 night light is one of the only night lights that lights up the outside of the bowl, instead of the inside. This nightlight lights up the control panel located on the left side of the seat when facing the toilet. The night light is blue in color.

Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

If you have a skirted toilet and thus don't have access to the bottom side of the bolts that connect the toilet seat to the bowl, you may need additional hardware, which you can find below: Alternate T Connector Top-Mount Hardware Kit If you have hard water, you may also consider pairing your seat with an ion water filter. If you use a filter, you'll want to make sure to change it out every 6 to 9 months.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

A dim night-light should be enough to make out the buttons and LCD screen.

As a first time bidet seat owner, I wanted to go with one with all the features. This one sure checks most of the boxes. It works quite well, with a few minor disappointments. First, the water will usually start off cold, then get warm, and then go cold again about 1/2 way through the wash. Also, the manual states that if you hold down the oscillation button, it will default to having it on, but that does not work with mine. Despite those two minor things, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others.

Having never had a bidet, I had to research this from the start. After reading many (many!!) reviews, and prioritizing what I wanted, I decided to purchase the BB-2000 Bliss Bidet Seat. My deciding factor was the heated seat, filtered air flow, and remote control. My husband was working when it came in and I was too excited so I installed it myself! EASY INSTALLATION! To be honest, I didn’t think my husband would use it, but he has mentioned to me several times that this is a “life changer” for men. He loves it and so do I! So happy with my purchase.
But also, and just as importantly, when trying to choose between 2 seats, I decided to try the “chat” function on the website. Quickly and easily enough, I was talking to a human (not a bot). I asked her a few questions and she made it really easy for me to make my decision. Very friendly customer service. And if that wasn’t easy enough, she sent me an invoice for what I wanted so I didn’t even have to maneuver around the sight and make sure I was getting the right thing. She followed up after we got it and once again a few weeks later to make sure we were happy. The customer service is out of this world!
If I ever need another bidet, it will be purchased here. Everything was so easy, absolutely no problems!

First bidet of any kind and now wondering why I never installed one much sooner. These things are a game changer if you are wanting to optimize your personal hygiene. As far as the product itself is concerned, this is well worth the sub $500 price paid during the recent Black Friday sale. I’ll say that it performs as well as expected with instant warm water, heated seat, more than ample water pressure and an easy to use and convenient remote. Easy install, easy to operate and very effective and comfortable cleansing. No real complaints, but would be nice to have a backlit remote. Other features like UV sanitization and auto lift/close can now be found on the Bio Bidet Discover DLS model that was not available when I purchased this one). Also, while a nice feature and moderately effective, the air dryer is not nearly powerful enough to provide a thorough dry so you may still need to use a few sheets of TP for a pat dry. I may have opted for the new DLS model had it been available, but for the price and performance, I don’t think you can go wrong with the BB-2000, especially if you can find it on sale.
