The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

A dim night-light should be enough to make out the buttons and LCD screen.

This bidet does everything it says it will. . The seat attachment to the toilet is not great. I’m a contractor and have very strong hands. I tightened the seat bolts as tight as I could and the seat still occasionally will shift to one side or the other. Not a big deal but could be better.

I think Dan and others in his company do a fine job in providing information and assistance in guiding you to make the right choice. I’ve received the Bidet about two months ago and it has been working fine. I like the Bidet. I do have a couple of comments. I found that not all of the water jets line up perfectly; this is not a deal killer, because you can make physical adjustments to compensate for misalignment. My second comment is to advise future buyers to make sure that you have nylon slip washers when installing the lid otherwise the seat will lose alignment and start torquing after a few uses.
Good product and a good company. I recommend this product.

Everything works great with Bio bidet 2000, and it has all my features. If I were getting another bidet now I would buy this one, although I would look a bit to see if there was one with few features for less.
Features that I did not expect to care much about but now really appreciate:
– Enema wash. Only used it twice when I was in a hurry, and it does quicken things up.
– Soft closing seat & lid. We always close the lid, a habit formed when we had a dog. But internet articles will explain why everyone should.
– Nightlight in blue. We already have an LED nightlight in the bathroom in an outlet by the sink, but having one one the toilet makes it easy to read the remote control without turning on the lights.
Things that I expected to like, but do not use:
– Warm air dry. This is a very soft blowing, and I assume that is the norm for bidets. Would take a very long time to get everything dry. Better to do like the Argentinians and just put a separate small towel bar next to the toilet. Everything is clean as if you stepped out of the shower and were drying off after that.
Things that I would change:
– To switch between regular and feminine mode the nozzle does the full retract & self clean. This is pretty fast, but would be a little nicer if it did not.
– Would be nice to be able to sit on the toilet lid, but not a big deal for us.
Things that I did not expect to use, and that was correct.
– Deodorizer function: we have an exhaust fan in our bathroom, so no point in this for us.
– Massage and Pulse cleaning functionality: I used regular bidets in other countries and did not expect to find this useful. After trying both, that proves right for me.
All the other things are great. I expected to like and found good:
– robust feel of the unit
– 3 year warranty
– regular and feminine modes
– excellent water pressure choices with good cleaning.
– Adjustable water temperature. After using bidets in other countries for months, in the summer I was surprised to find that cold water is OK if it is hot out. But in winter I like taking the edge out of the water temperature, so we use the lowest heated water temp then.
– heated toilet seat. We only use this in winter.
Update! 9/15/2020:
With the smoke from the forest fires we have not been using our bathroom exhaust fan. I am surprised at how well the air-filter feature on the Bio Bidet BB-2000 works! Really filters out unwanted smells, and very nice to have it configured to come on automatically when sitting on the seat.

Great product. It was easy to install. It is my first bidet seat and I love it. It is a little louder then I thought it would be with the water pump but the increased pressure is worth the noise. My only complaint about the product is the lid is not rated to sit on and I knew that before purchasing the bidet, maybe BioBidet will read this…
