The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

I don’t see anyway this Bidet could be any better! We are first time Bidet owners and we are so happy with our purchase. I started searching for a bidet due to my wife’s disabilities. It has met our expectations 100%. My wife loves it and I was surprised (being male) I love it also. Seriously perfectly clean every time. The many features on this seat include, warm water tank, warm water on demand, warm seat always, nightlight and built in deodorizer to name just a few. If you are looking to buy a bidet or just on the fence, this one is very well made and easy to install. It seems like us american’s are late adopters for this technology. Just think about how much more hygienic and easy a bidet seat is.

Quality product and easy to install. Product isn’t 100% effective for me since I’m a large woman, but the extra pressure it offers certainly makes it more effective than a cheaper product might be. Scootching around on the seat to make it work better is still easier than the bending and reaching required without it!

I installed the BB-2000 myself in less than 30 minutes with no problems. The dimensions matched the original seat perfectly.
This is my first bidet seat so nothing to compare it to. However, after researching and reading reviews from all the competitive products, I am very pleased with my selection. It performs better than expected with zero problems.

Many Bidets deserve the above rating given because of the following reasons: 1) Arrived in a reasonable amount of time, since ordering 2) Very ease install, 3) Instruction were clear and specific. I really like having a bidet. I had the Brondell Swash 1000 for several years until it recently started leaking. I was going to purchase the same again as I liked the Brondell but could not find it on sale. While searching I found reviews for the BioBidet and decided to try it instead. The BioBidet cleans better than the Brondell. The remote is a lot more complicated. My only other problem is every time it is used it splashes water under the seat and I have to dry it after using. Very glad I purchased this one and hope it lasts a long time and stays trouble-free. Lid does not permit anyone to sit on it is another downside. Debated on 5 stars but lid needs to be strong enough to allow someone to sit on it without breaking. Overall still like it better of the only two I have ever purchased.

I don’t write reviews without having used any product for a period of time to give it an honest review. I have used this for 4 plus months now, so a review is now warranted. I also don’t give 5 stars to any product as I think there is always room for improvement. But this product would be a close exception, at this time.
I do have to say this: why did I not research these earlier in my life? Bidet seats, and this one in particular – the BB 2000, are terrific! I have read where some reviews criticize the BB 2000 for not having a high enough water jet pressure. I don’t know what other people realistically need, but I don’t need something that will lift me off the seat! In fact, I have had to “tone it down” to maintain a comfortable level. The things I do not care for: 1) the initial jet of water is cold, but not uncomfortable and warms up fairly quickly to your setting level. 2) The cover lid construction could be such to allow reasonable use in sitting without doing damage. Other companies have perfected as such, Bio-Bidet could do as well. 3) Personalized remote settings and a back lit pad would be nice features. 4) Drier could be a little more powerful. It works, and I use it always, but it takes a few minutes. 5) My wife is not a fan and used it once. But, to be fair, she sees everything these days as a technological gimmick and has a mind set as such. I remind her that she would be the alternative in assisting me on the toilet when health issues arise. Shuts her right up! She does like the heated seat though! She has a medical microbiology background and has valid concerns about vaginal washing and cleansing with the bidet.
Regarding installation, it is VERY easy to set up. Just make sure you plan for an electrical outlet with close proximity to the toilet if one is not available, along with the expense. Also, pay close attention to the placement of the remote control. It needs to have an unobstructed line of sight to communicate properly with the toilet. Test before permanently mounting. Regarding the remote, you will want to test all of the possible settings and operations to ensure each is working properly, as well as understanding what things do and don’t do? The learning curve is not hard, just takes some time. The instruction manual is quite thorough. My remote had an issue. Bio Bidet and Many Bidets took care of that immediately. Kudos to them for such quick action!
Bottom line? For men, it’s a great product with many benefits! One of life’s needs that every guy should strongly consider, especially those with medical issues, along with the elderly. For women? It’s not a gimmick, I can tell you that emphatically!
This unit has a terrific warranty, which is another reason for purchasing. It is also a lot less money than the “industry leader”, and that leader has serious competition at hand from Bio Bidet! Lastly, Many Bidets was very helpful and rapidly responded to all my questions and concerns. Their YouTube videos were well done, educational and helpful when choosing the right brand and model. Kudos to them and many thanks!

Length of the water spray head could be little longer. Water pressure could increase a bit. I wish the lid could be fully closed so no bacteria escapes from the toilet bowl.

I used to have a cheap model of swing arm, no power bidet seat. I haven’t had that for about 15 years. When I started seeing these new bidet seats I had to have one. But they were way too expensive. I found many bidets online and the chat line helped me pick on out and at a very low price! I couldn’t be happier! Every house needs at least one of these!
