The Both Bio Bidet's BB-2000 and BB-1700 offers warm water from the very start of the wash till the very end. This is due to the hybrid water heater they use. The small hot water tank (that's built into the seat) allows for instant hot water, and the instant water heater allows for unlimited warm water. It's important to note that most bidet seats that offer hybrid water heaters do not offer unlimited warm water as instant water heater used is not powerful enough to keep up with the wash. This makes the Bliss heater pretty unique

While the BB-2000 has a removable nozzle tip, many customers never have to change the tip out. If you have hard water, and are not in the habit of cleaning the bidet regularly, the tip might built up with sediment over time. In situations like this, the tip may need replacing. This is really the only situation where replacing the tip is a must. Long story short, the removable tip on the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is nice to have, but chances are it won't be something you'll end up taking advantage of.

It's hard to say if the white or black remote is more popular among those purchasing the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000. One of the main reasons for this comes from the fact that the default color is white, so if a customer doesn't think about the color options, they will automatically get the white remote. That being said, the color you choose really depends on the bathroom decor. The black remote does show dirt less than the white, and the contrast often looks more classy.

Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

Both toilets and therefore the remotes will be separated by about 8 feet and a thin layer of plywood and drywall. Is there an issue with the remotes interfering with one another or worse, activating the wrong bidet if both are in use at the same time?
Great question! You should not have any issues with the specific space between them. Typically IR signals will not penetrate opaque objects such as walls.

A dim night-light should be enough to make out the buttons and LCD screen.

I did a lot of research on which bidet to buy, and the Many Bidets website provided the most comprehensive information, and that made selecting the Bio Bidet BB2000, and from this vendor, an easy choice. My bidet seat was delivered within a few days of ordering, and Dan checked in with me during the process.
The bidet is high high quality and has lots of great features, specifically the wash feature with its variety of temperatures, strengths of spray and the oscillation capability. The seat gets quite warm, and does so quickly. The air dryer is one of the best around, and the deodorizer function is also a plus. The only drawback is the remote, which isn’t completely intuitive, and thus I find myself having to explain the controls to any visitors. It’s really the only imperfection from a great product with a strong warranty (3 years standard, extendable to 6 year for a $99 fee at purchase).
It’s a great product, and I’m happy with it, as well as the service I receive from Many Bidets.

I have 9 BB2000s and have purchased 3 additional as gifts. I have one unit that is giving us trouble but it is probably 6 or 7 years old. The product features for the price are exceptional. I would rate the product higher than 5 stars and I miss it terribly when we travel!! Everyone should chose a bidet based on their own preferences but the BB2000 is incredibly flexible in meeting my and my families needs. having an enema feature is very useful. many friends have purchased their own after using.
