Lowering TOTO Neorest water level Transcript:

In the scenario where you have a Toto Neorest and you’re running to issues with splashing during a bowel movement. Or you need to collect a stool sample. A lower water volume in the bowl might be handy. Toto has thought ahead on this and on their Toto neorest line, have offered a feature that allows you to do that.

We go into the menu option (the top button on the right), to activate this. Using the down arrow, go under “other settings” and press the enter button. Here, we will go down to the lower water level option. Hit the enter button. You press the lower water level, to lower the water level in the bowl. For that use, to help eliminate splashing, and or collect that stool sample.

Then the operation goes back to normal.
