    I did a lot of research on bidets having used them in Costa Rica and Japan. I settled in on models then I contacted Dan. He stepped through many options and most importantly he knew which were compatible with my Koehler. I took over a year to decide but Dan was always there patiently waiting. When I decided, his team pointed me to a different brand than I initially decided. Dan had an excellent video review that aided my decision to go with the unit they recommended upgrading to. They ensured I got the fit correct and that I got the correct adapting fixtures to my 3/8inch service to the bidet 1/2 inch line via Dan providing an amazon link to the exact T adapter needed.
    Install went smooth and the bidet works perfect.
    So glad I went with this product they recommended and that I went with his company to purchase. Thank you Dan and team..

    2 yrs ago we purchased a different bidet from a different mfg,not a good product and returned.this year purchased a Bio Bidet from ManyBidets very fast delivery fair price and a good product but wanted the Cascade 3000 which is recommended by ManyBidets after further reading would better accommodate the needs of our family. A call to ManyBidets explaining my situation,their answer send it back and I was very surprised there was not a problem!! And I immediately ordered the Cascade 3000 which we are very very happy with. I highly recommend ManyBidets to anyone looking for a reputable company that stand behind their word. Which is something hard to find now days.

    When facing the toilet the electrical cord comes out of the right hand side, and the water connection comes out of the left hand side.

    One of the great things about the size of the buttons on the Cascade 3000 bidet seat is that they can be operated by much more than just a finger. These buttons can be pressed with an elbow, or one can mount the remote near the floor and operate it with their feet. The fact that these large buttons are also color coded further helps foot operation as it's easier to see what button you need to press.

  • Is there a battery powered version of this bidet?

    Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

  • What does this bidet seat come with? Do I need anything else for install?

    This bidet seat comes with everything needed to install and operate the bidet seat on a normal toilet. If you have a skirted toilet and thus don't have access to the bottom side of the bolts that connect the toilet seat to the bowl, you may need additional hardware, which you can find below: Alternate T Connector Top-Mount Hardware Kit If you have hard water, you may also consider pairing your seat with an ion water filter. If you use a filter, you'll want to make sure to change it out every 6 to 9 months.

  • When installing this or any toilet seat bidet, do you advise using a bidet filter in the water line?

    While an inline water filter is not required, if you have issues like hard water then adding a filter can extend the life of the bidet.
