My mother is 86 and has dementia. She is a big part of our family and continues to live with us. Personal hygiene has become a challenge of late. She’s a proud person and to safeguard her dignity, we opted for a Bidet. The Cascade 3000 is very well designed and contains all the features one could need. It works perfectly and was easy to install. My mother is over the moon. I would not hesitate to recommend this item to anyone of my friends or in my family

Can I install this bidet seat myself?
About 95% of our customers install this seat on their own in well under an hour. If you decide to hire help, you can often hire a handy person instead of a plumber, and thus get less expensive help, but these seats are designed to be installed without professional help.

Can the Cascade 3000's remote be operated by a foot?
One of the great things about the size of the buttons on the Cascade 3000 bidet seat is that they can be operated by much more than just a finger. These buttons can be pressed with an elbow, or one can mount the remote near the floor and operate it with their feet. The fact that these large buttons are also color coded further helps foot operation as it's easier to see what button you need to press.

Is there a battery powered version of this bidet?
Sadly this bidet does not have a battery operated version. This bidet requires too much power to realistically rely on a standard battery, as the electrical pull is too high. This bidet uses a standard 3 prong GFCI outlet.

What does this bidet seat come with? Do I need anything else for install?
This bidet seat comes with everything needed to install and operate the bidet seat on a normal toilet. If you have a skirted toilet and thus don't have access to the bottom side of the bolts that connect the toilet seat to the bowl, you may need additional hardware, which you can find below: Alternate T Connector Top-Mount Hardware Kit If you have hard water, you may also consider pairing your seat with an ion water filter. If you use a filter, you'll want to make sure to change it out every 6 to 9 months.

When installing this or any toilet seat bidet, do you advise using a bidet filter in the water line?
While an inline water filter is not required, if you have issues like hard water then adding a filter can extend the life of the bidet.

It is fantastic. Needed a bidet for a medical condition and this is incredible. No complaints or issues at all. Thanks so much.

The Cascade 3000 was a breeze to install. Honestly it has improved my disabled wife’s quality of life. We got it with the large remote. Our caregivers or I operate it for her. We like the large color coded buttons with actual words. She is getting used to the rinse and drying. She loves the heated water, heated seat and heated air dryer. We believe that we made the best choice for her special needs but this unit is ideal for anyone. I was concerned that it does not have preset settings per say but, once we set the water and dryer temps it stays at the last settings. So in her case it is basically preset.
I wish we had done this a long time ago. So pleased with this unit and believe after all the researching that we made the best possible choice for her needs.
The bidet seat fit perfect to the contour of our toilet. The raised back area actually made sitting on the seat more comfortable for her. It seems like the seat is shaped to actually secure your bottom in place. The remote buttons are easy to operate and set up. We started off with the softest wash first and went up to the middle level which suits her best. Its nice to be able to adjust both the water pressure and the temperature settings. It is modern and sleek looking . The plastic or whatever it is feels strong and not flimsy. Overall we can’t believe really what a difference a bidet like this has made for her.
I am hoping the quality and durability will last for years. I could tell that there is background in special and senior needs in the design of this bidet.
Although we purchased this for special needs purposes, this will work get for almost everyone. Old, young , male , female this design and its features are great for everyone. Wonderful quality, features, design and Customer Service.
I would recommend that you get online and watch “Many Bidets” videos on YOU Tube. They provide much information, comparison both pro and cons between their products. The owner also speaks to you and provides additional information that may benefit you. Highly recommend both this bidet and this company for a quality product with fast , informative answers to questions you may have.

Unit comes with all the parts you need, very easy to install and works very well. The remote is very simple to use.Nice strong stream of water that is easily adjustable from front to back.Water is heated very quickly to a comfortable warm temperature.I was skeptical about the air dryer but it works really well. One of the main selling points to me was the very long 4 year warranty.5 stars.I would definitely buy again.

First bidet. Considering the price and excitement, I was expecting more. It took me a few weeks to actually get used to the spray hitting my bum without jumping. The seat itself seems good, however, bidets in general seem overpriced. I’ve been using my bidet for maybe 2 months (not everyday). I feel I have to move around to make sure it sprays everything, despite the back and forth motion. If not, I still see a bit remaining after the wash. I’m not sure if this is normal but seems to defeat the purpose, but instead, adds another step. Seat warmer is a nice touch. Self-cleaning is a huge plus. Water temperature is comforting. I use the lowest pressure setting since I’m new but will eventually venture into the higher pressures. Installation was simple and clear. No leaks. Not too loud, although I leave it unplugged since sometimes I’ll go days without using it and don’t want the seat warmer needlessly increasing my light bill. It may be because of the angle I sit on the seat (I also use a poop stool), but I frequently create a mess where the wash sprays across the bowl and there are water spots around the seat. I’m not sure how common this is, but seems unsanitary. However, this could be user error (i.e., sitting on the seat incorrectly). I went with this item partly because ManyBidet was the most active member in the Reddit community that I consistently found providing valuable advice and have a resourceful YouTube account! I felt I had to give back and wish them the best of luck.

It was my wife’s choice to purchase a bidet, I really had no interest in getting one, but wow, after the first couple of times of using it, I’m so so glad she got it. I enjoy the cleaner feeling I feel after using it. My wife is not that excited about it, but I am so glad she purchased it. Less toilet paper use, and power and heat adjustment are quite nice.
My wife chose it over other ones because of the ability to sit on the closed bidet while others advised against sitting on or standing on it.

Have not had it for long but overall pleased. Front wash is a little off the mark.

It took a while to get and coat a fortune in duty etc to bring it to Canada, but the product itself fits our rv toilet like it was made for it and does everything it’s supposed to with gusto! We love it.

We bought this for my 96 year old mother. We thought this would help with the difficulties seniors have with hygiene. We chose the Cascade 3000 for the many positive reviews and the very accommodating features. All we can say is that it has been a godsend!! The intuitive easy to read large button remote made it very easy for our mother to use. It’s been very reliable and the pre-warmed water tank avoids the startling initial cold water shock felt the instant on type heaters in other units.

These products are quite expensive which is why I waited so long to purchase one. Now that I have it, I wish I had budgeted for it sooner. It makes a big difference in personal hygiene. We are on a septic tank, so minimizing the use of toilet paper is important. I have the simple, wall mount control panel which is very easy to explain to guests.

This is one of a very few bidet seats with a lid you can genuinely sit on, something to be seriously considered for a smaller bathroom. The Cascade 3000 is packed with features, has a large and readable remote, great installation and features information. The seat was very easy to install (just follow the great instructions), and it comes with a four-year warranty, too! A bit expensive, but a great option for what it provides.
